Why we use it
To provide IT support, log and follow up support tickets, contact you about your request, keep records of work done, and keep our systems secure. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who processes it for us
We use service providers to run our systems: Amazon Web Services (servers), Cloudflare (website hosting, DNS and security), and [speech-to-text, language model and text-to-speech providers, once chosen]. Some of them process data outside South Africa. We only use providers that protect information to a standard comparable to POPIA, and we do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How we protect it
Our systems use encrypted connections, restricted access and encrypted storage. Remote sessions only start with your permission, and you can end one at any time.
